Returns & Exchanges

At Herbaly, we want you to feel as good in our apparel as you do in your own skin; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for your records to track the shipment.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
